~ Pool/Spa Guideline~
Keys are to be transferred from seller to buyer at the time the property is sold and only one key is issued per household. Pools & tennis courts require an electronic fob for access. Lost or replacement key can be purchased from the HOA Office anytime between; Monday – Thursday, from 8 am – 3 pm for $40.00 each, cash or check. Please bring your driver’s license and a utility bill with your name and property address on it.
The pool area is reserved for Mountain Park Ranch residents only. Each resident is permitted to bring a maximum of 4 guests. 1 Pool key per household; 4 guests per pool key.

***DO NOT APPLY FIRST AID TO ANYONE. First aid kits are available at each pool and the supplies may be distributed if a minor injury occurs.
For your own safety the recreation centers close during periods of storms or high winds.
